Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all pens and microfiber cloths are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
